Physiotherapy & Pilates with Juliet Burnham – Chartered Physiotherapist

Welcome. I’m Juliet Burnham, a Chartered Physiotherapist with a specialist interest in rehabilitation and movement-based therapy. At my clinic, I provide personalised physiotherapy assessments and treatments to help you recover from injury, manage pain, and restore your physical function.

Whether you're experiencing back or neck pain, joint stiffness, soft tissue injuries, post-surgical recovery, or conditions such as osteoarthritis or osteoporosis, treatment is tailored to your needs. Sessions may include manual therapy, movement re-education, strength work, and home exercise programmes designed to support long-term progress.

Alongside hands-on treatment, I offer Matwork Pilates as a clinical and functional way to complement your rehabilitation.

Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or returning after a break, classes are guided by physiotherapy knowledge and adapted to suit your ability. This approach supports injury recovery, prevents flare-ups, improves posture, and helps you move with more ease and confidence.

So if you're ready to take control of ongoing stiffness, persistent pain, or simply want to feel stronger and more flexible—I'd love to support you.

Is Pain Holding You Back?

  • Are you living with long-term pain—whether in one area or throughout your body?

  • Do you suffer from conditions like osteoporosis or arthritis?

  • Is chronic back pain limiting your daily activities or stopping you from doing what you love?

  • Were you once active or sporty, but now feel your body has become stiff and restricted?

  • Do flare-ups of pain occur regularly or unpredictably, impacting your confidence and mobility?

  • Has your pain worsened over time or become more difficult to manage?

  • Understanding how your body moves—and how to support it—is the first step toward taking back control, instead of letting pain control you.

If this sounds like you, it might be time to make a change.
