Pilates Classes

As a Physiotherapy and Pilates instructor I am passionate about working with people to help them restore their normal movement patterns and in turn decrease pain. With a choice of online classes, studio classes and 1:1 classes, along with a physiotherapy service to help compliment your rehabilitation to restore flexibility and strength,

it's time to make that change.

Online Classes

The online Classes gives you the flexibility to exercise at any time.

This online service provides a range of classes from Beginner level up to advanced classes,

If you sign up to the classes you will also recieve a weekly educational newsletter and a new class will be added to the online library weekly.

Matwork Classes

 Mixed Abiity

​Under the care of your APPI instructor, each exercise can be modified to ensure you are working at the correct and safe level.Using a range of equipment, these fun and friendly classes create a safe, relaxed and enjoyable environment to exercise in.

Sitting & Standing Pilates

Ideal for anyone who prefers to exercise in sitting and/or standing or a mix of both.  This class aims to improve your walking endurance, flexibility, strength and balance​ in a safe and controlled way.

This class enables you to exercise at your own ability and comfort under the watchful eye of your physiotherapist.
There is even a 10minute relaxation and meditation at the end of the class.

1:1 Pilates

Prefer not to attend a class, or would like to work on specific areas, the 1:1 Pilates session will follow a specific personalised programme.​The initial appointment will include a full assessment to help formulate a treatment plan, working in line with your goals.Home visits can be arranged at a increased cost.

1:1 Ante & Post Natal Pilates

With 1:1 Pilates we can work on specific personal needs both pre and postnatal. ​

Whether you have back or pelvic pain or are looking to get your body back in shape, or prepare it for labour, Pilates is a safe and great way to improve your pelvic floor strength, core strength and flexibility.​This modified Pilates prevents incidence of pelvic girdle pain and lower back pain. It also helps improve segmental spinal, pelvic stability and posture.
